So it's the week I would rather skip.  I'm actually glad it's here. Came so quickly but now all the crazy deadlines and being pulled in a billion different directions is over.  Time to sit back and stress about other stuff!

I'm puttering around getting ready to leave the house extra early this morning.  I'm expecting help in the morning so I keep looking at the door. There's a bright light blazing through the window so I'm certain it's the car I've been expecting.

Nope...it was the sun...rising!!! Haven't seen that in about 20 years!!

So another crazy day. I don't think you could have picked a better week to be off.  It's a total mess here..multiple deadlines I won't reach, promises I can't keep, meetings I barely stay on top of.
I've already reached the "Oh well, whatever," phase!

On a better note I've finally been replaced and the person is up here now...so I can finally hand stuff off!!! Woohoo!

So...as the office mate is away I decided to surf!

Points to Miranda Lambert -- she has really slimmed down yet still looks healthy and her taste in clothing has improved. Her taste in accessories? Well....baby steps. And I will admit...when you want to flip someone off that is definitely the ring to be wearing!
 

So Ciara forgot her pants and decided to tuck her napkin into her tights instead?




Taking hair tips from your teenage daughter...never a good idea. (and yes i realize the irony)

I know you'll appreciate today's 80's musical quote Buffy -- even though it is categorically unrelated to what you use it for.  Still a damn catchy song!

Okay...so I need to post twice today to make up for my lapse yesterday.  In my defense I was in back to back meetings!   But...Since the office mate is away...the procrastinator will play!

It's been a while since we've heard...

Shiz my (former) office mate says!!!

Still the bane of my existence I've been getting a daily dose of ridiculousness -- all stated in the form of a question.
"Do you know what's wrong with my printer?"
"Do you know how to change a profile?"
"Do you know who printed this?"
"Do you know if so and so is in her office?"

To all of the above what I did say was a simple "No." 
What I should have done was sent an epic email containing this:


 
Alas...I suppose I should feel sorry for her...she is a social creature and has been starved of any human contact for over a month.  Literally, no one calls her and no one goes in there.  I thought she was enjoying herself by blasting her music all day, eating, and streaming tv on her computer but I guess it was all a facade.
My condolences to the two people currently housed in there...you're in for a tidal wave of pent up lunacy.
